Bumps the version 1.5.1 → 1.6.0 across all four version files (tauri.conf.json, package.json, Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock) for the v1.6.0 release.
Ships the v1.6 alerts/UX polish batch:
After merge: tag
v1.6.0→ CI builds/signs a draft release for the maintainer to publish.
