feat: add extraVolumes and extraVolumeMounts to the kratos cleanup CronJob - #908
The Kratos cleanup CronJob reads the same DSN as the Deployment, but its template renders only the config ConfigMap volume and cronjob.cleanup has no volume keys. When the DSN uses sslmode=verify-full&sslrootcert=/path/ca.crt with the CA mounted through deployment.extraVolumes, the Deployment and the migration Job connect while every cleanup run fails:
An error occurred initializing cleanup: cannot parse `postgres://...?sslmode=verify-full&sslrootcert=%2Fetc%2Fcnpg%2Fca.crt`: failed to configure TLS (unable to read CA file: open /etc/cnpg/ca.crt: no such file or directory)
This adds cronjob.cleanup.extraVolumes and cronjob.cleanup.extraVolumeMounts, rendered the same way as deployment.extraVolumes and deployment.extraVolumeMounts. Both default to [], so the rendered CronJob is unchanged for existing values. The README rows were added by hand in helm-docs format.
Related Issue or Design Document
Fix for a previously unknown bug, reproduced above with chart 0.62.1 and 0.64.0: enable cleanup, set a DSN whose sslrootcert names a file provided through deployment.extraVolumes, and the cleanup pod exits 1 on every run because the CronJob has no way to receive that volume.

Walkthrough
The Kratos Helm chart now supports extra volumes and volume mounts for the cleanup CronJob. Both options default to empty lists. The template renders each option when configured, and the README documents them.
Changes: Kratos cleanup CronJob volumes
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Configure cleanup volumes and mounts helm/charts/kratos/values.yaml, helm/charts/kratos/templates/cronjob-cleanup.yaml, helm/charts/kratos/README.md
The values define empty-list defaults for extra volumes and volume mounts, with commented secret-volume examples. The template renders configured values in the pod volumes and cleanup container mounts. The README documents both options.
The chart works as intended, but cleanup volume mounts remain incompletely documented.

Document extraVolumeMounts.
This value has no # -- description, so the README row for cronjob.cleanup.extraVolumeMounts is empty. Add a short description and update the README entry so users know that this accepts Kubernetes volumeMount objects.

The cleanup CronJob takes the Deployment's DSN but renders only the config
volume, so a DSN with sslrootcert pointing at a mounted CA cannot be used
by the job: it fails with "unable to read CA file". The new keys mirror
deployment.extraVolumes and deployment.extraVolumeMounts for the job.
