The setup step emitted a standalone `[ax]` spacer line right before the unprefixed "What should ax set up?" question, so it rendered across two lines with a redundant break between the prefix and the question. Fold the prefix into the question string and drop the spacer so it reads as one line: `[ax] What should ax set up? (All are recommended)`.
