Reconciles the sole Opsle research registry against current source, production task history, and durable evidence. Records Notebook recovery through PR #83 without retrying failed Tasks #51/#60, preserves EXP-001 and AV evidence gates, keeps Paperclip outside research membership, and refreshes generated views. Also updates the stale Affected Verification head assertion that blocked bounded Task #62.\n\nVerification: program validator passed; all generated views match; 117 repository tests passed; diff check passed.
