Production Tasks uses explicit LOCAL execution through its bounded deploy wrapper. The packaged adapter still required SSH, so verification planning failed and Tasks fell back to the full command. Add the existing LOCAL transport contract, include it in execution evidence and request binding, and release package 0.2.1.
Validation: npm run verify passed (including conformance and determinism); production-mode packaged planning regression passed; packaged lifecycle/restart compatibility and all 84 Tasks capability integration regressions passed against pinned Tasks 3603c09. The changed Tasks runtime full suite also passed: 775 passed, 2 skipped. GitHub verification and secret scan passed.
