feat: Add TAA & NS routes and cleanup code
Lot of changes bundled in this commit (oops), but the gist of the
changes are:
- Added a route to get the list of available namespaces from the driver
- Added routes to get & accept the TAA
- Added these things to the demo script
- Save TAA acceptance to the wallet for later retrieval
- When a ledger action is required, and the TAA is required for said
action, load the TAA from the wallet. Else, throw an exception
- Cleanup some dead imports and code
- Add acapy-controller as a "demo" dependency so it can get installed
into the dev container for better autocompletion

refactor: Author creation moved to context injection
Big refactor in the way we're handling the did-indy client, as well as
fixed all the issues we were having. I may have reverted some of Athen's
changes in terms of API keys and whatnot for the did indy driver,
however, that is only because I was pushing as fast and hard as possible
to get the workflow running. I will work with Athen to restore those
changes and polish things up when we return to work. Lot's of progress
has been made! A couple of hacks remain in the code, a lot of things
need cleaning up, but all-in-all, things are working and that's a
fantastic milestone and a good place to call it for the night.

feat: Get things working
Made changes that allow the did-indy client to work. Unfortunately, it
looks like the driver-did-indy repo is missing a fastapi import when
you're just importing it for the client (they shouldn't be importing it
at all if it's not being used!). With the changes made here, we are now:
- Requesting into the did-indy-driver when the call comes down the
chain from ACA-Py
- Calling into the did-indy-driver to perform initial setup so that we
can work with it later
Things may be in a bit of a hackish state right now, but big
breakthroughs have been made that need to be shared with the group. It's
working and we can finally start replacing the bits and pieces.
