…d legacy cleanup The default FRRConfigurationNamespace is changed from metallb-system to openshift-frr-k8s to match the OpenShift 4.20+ FRR namespace. To ensure existing FRRConfigurations in the legacy metallb-system namespace are cleaned up on upgrade, the controller now explicitly cleans up owned FRRConfigurations from metallb-system in both reconcileNormal and reconcileDelete.
