- Around line 141-145: In the billing update handler, resolve the existing
customer override with GetCustomerOverride before selecting the payment app for
app_data writes. When billing_profile is omitted, use the pinned profile’s app
for the write so it matches the effective profile used by subsequent reads.

Overview
Customer billing GET and PUT responses now distinguish an explicit billing profile selection from the dynamic default.
billing_profileis omitted when the customer has no pin, while the required read-onlyeffective_billing_profileidentifies the resolved profile. When PUT omits a billing profile, app-data updates use the customer's effective payment app, including an existing pin to a different app. Preserve the absence of a pin in adapter results and update the OpenAPI definition and generated Go and TypeScript models.
Notes for reviewer
Regression coverage includes unpinned customers, explicit pins to the default or another profile, and PUT requests that omit an existing pin. Default and pinned profiles use different payment apps; the app-data update test verifies that GET returns the update and the default app's data stays unchanged.
