• convert: Rules provides a rule set for a format, with fault codes prefixed by the format key, and RequireAddons a rule that faults when a document does not include the addons a format needs.
• rules: JoinFaults combines several collections of faults into one.

Changed

• convert: breaking Converter.Accepts returns an error with the reason a document cannot be exported, preferably as rules faults, instead of a bool. When no requested format accepts a document, Export returns ErrNotSupported with the reasons from each format, as faults when they all are.

Removed

• convert: breaking Format.Addons. Converters check the addons each exported schema needs in Accepts.

• convert: a central register of converters between GOBL and external formats. Converter packages call convert.Register from init to add their formats. convert.Import detects the format of incoming data and converts it into an envelope, convert.Export converts an envelope into the first of a list of preferred formats that accepts it, and convert.Formats, convert.FormatsFor, and convert.Conversions list what is available.
• regimes/bs: Commonwealth of the Bahamas regime. We contemplate the TIN as the tax identification, plus the VAT at a standard and a reduced rate.
• bill: Charge accepts an informative flag. An informative charge is calculated, validated, and kept on the document, but is left out of the charge total, the taxable base, and every amount that follows, and cannot carry taxes. It models costs that must be declared on an invoice while being borne by the supplier, such as the Italian Marca da Bollo when the issuer absorbs the €2 instead of passing it on to the customer.
• org: Item supports the EN 16931 price details (BG-29): list, the list price before the price discount (BT-148); discount, the amount deducted from the list price (BT-147); and per, the number of units the price applies to (BT-149). When a list price is set, the price is calculated as the list price less the discount.
• org: Item.UnitPrice provides the item's price for a single unit, taking per into account.
• bill: line sums divide the item's price by per, so a price per 100 kg applied to 250 kg gives a sum of 2.5 times the price.
• tax: Filter selects rate totals by category and, optionally, key and extensions. Total.FilteredAmount sums the matching rate amounts.
• pay: Record.Taxes takes tax filters as an alternative to percent, so the amount is the sum of the matching rate totals. Setting both fails validation, as does using taxes on bill.Payment methods.
