Did you plan to expose a new CLI command with this function? I would imaginecreate-user-by-staff or something like this?

The SDK counterpart to opengisch/QFieldCloud#1506
The same note applies as within the linked PR: if it's not a planned feature in the roadmap, this can be closed without issues. I have been using my forked version temporarily, but may have to come up with something else if needed.
