ci: merge Renovate updates through pull requests again - #20

Renovate merges its automerge updates through a pull request again, merged by GitHub as soon as the CI passes. On exim the Debian snapshot moves about every two hours and Renovate runs about every three, so with branch automerge each run updated the branch instead of merging it.
