Braden flagged in #38915 that the openstack extra (added during the uv migration) doesn't seem to be used anymore. Confirmed: nothing in the repo wires up django-storage-swift or an openstack.py settings module, so this is dead weight carried over from the old requirements/edx/openstack.txt.

Removing it also drops 14 unused transitive deps (keystoneauth1, oslo-*, etc.) from uv.lock.

Test plan

  • uv lock regenerated cleanly, uv sync --frozen installs without error

Nothing in edx-platform wires up django-storage-swift or an
openstack.py settings module. Carried over from requirements/edx/openstack.txt
during the uv migration; dropping it removes 14 unused transitive deps.
