The methodology in this repository describes what partner ecosystem management is and how to do it. The OEC Roundtables are where the methodology gets faces and the partner landscape gets voices.
Four times a year in Zurich, three orgs from the cloud-native ecosystem in DACH share a stage. The pitches are recorded and published. Over time the recordings become a public archive of partnership conversations that mirror the patterns described here.
If you are reading the methodology and want to see how real companies talk about it in their own words, the recordings are the shortest path.
