Introduces the next phase of the CDKTN architectural roadmap by proposing:
Together, these RFCs establish a cloud-neutral semantic model that can be shared across construct ecosystems while positioning CDKTN as a reusable infrastructure runtime rather than an AWS-specific compatibility layer.
