RF-1

make_family.py is the shared data-driven version (design note in the chock-catalog PR). This repo has neither registry.yaml nor src/agentseam, so its figure names no policy or agent count (the old "39" and "16" literals are gone).

Regenerated with the CI command (cd docs/figures && for g in make_*.py; do python "$g"; done); only family-*.svg changed. social-card.png rendered differently locally (fonts), svg unchanged, so the PNG is left as committed. tests/test_figures.py skips locally (1 skipped).
