Stop tracking the coverage database (CH-7) - #312

Conversation
.coverage is a coverage.py SQLite file. A test run rewrites it, so every contributor saw a modified binary in git status, and a careless `git add -A` committed a new one. Nothing reads it from the repo. Untrack it with `git rm --cached` and ignore `.coverage` and `.coverage.*`.
