What this changes

The OpenSSF Scorecard workflow now publishes its results (publish_results: true), so the repo gets a public Scorecard score and badge data. This is the LCH-2 launch-checklist item 4b.2. The repo is public, so the job's !github.event.repository.private gate already lets it run.

Claim check

Not applicable: no adapter or matrix change.

Checks

  • The workflow meets Scorecard's publishing restrictions: job-level id-token: write, no run: steps, no workflow-level env or defaults, and every action pinned by SHA.
  • Commits are signed off (git commit -s).
  • pytest -q / ruff: not applicable, workflow-only change. CI runs actionlint and zizmor.

Notes for the reviewer

One line in .github/workflows/scorecard.yml. The first publish happens on the next push to main or the weekly cron after merge.
