change in any posted text. Findings name the kind of value and its location

## Sensitive Values In Model-Written Text

Every prompt whose output cr posts or logs carries one shared rule,
`llm.SensitiveValueRule`. A model must never reproduce a suspected credential,
secret, or personal or financial identifier or figure from its input in any
response field, even when that value is what the text is about. It names the
kind of value and its location (file, line, JSON path or key) instead. When a
fragment is needed, it masks the value to at most its last 2 characters, as in
"account number ending ..21". On a public repository a finding is public, so
quoting a leaked value would publish it again.

| Prompt | Model text that leaves the model |
|--------|----------------------------------|
| Reviewer findings, including coverage repair | finding bodies (inline comments and the rollup) and coverage `constraints` (rollup diagnostics) |
| Thread analysis, for `cr review` and `cr respond` | `reply_body` and `summary`, posted as thread replies |
| Rollup | `review_event_rationale` and `dedupe_log` reasons, in run artifacts |
| Selection | `reasoning` and per-reviewer `rationale`, in progress logs |
| Dossier discussion summary | thread and comment summaries, carried into reviewer prompts |

Catalog prompts do not need to restate the rule: cr adds it to every prompt it
builds. There is deliberately no redactor for personal data in posted text. A
pattern cannot tell a real account number from an example one, and redacting
after the fact would still leave the quoted value in local artifacts and logs.
The rule stops the value at its source. Contract tests assert that each prompt
carries the rule, and one dry-run test sends a review through every model
stage and checks each prompt the adapter receives.
