Restores the APPLE_* env on the macOS build step so tauri-action imports the Developer ID cert, signs with hardened runtime, and notarizes.

Requires six GitHub secrets: APPLE_CERTIFICATE, APPLE_CERTIFICATE_PASSWORD, APPLE_SIGNING_IDENTITY, APPLE_ID, APPLE_PASSWORD, APPLE_TEAM_ID. Until they're set the vars resolve empty and the build is just unsigned — no failure.

Ships everything since v0.1.22 (#232#264): Tier 0–3, the four wow features,
launch focus-ring fix, and re-enabled macOS Developer ID signing.
