ux: hover state for the "All apps" filter - #263

The source-app dropdown had no hover state, so it felt dead next to the filter chips and the sort toggle. Added the grey `hover:bg-surface-hover` (and an accent fill when an app is actually selected), matching the Recent/Most-used toggle right beside it.
