## 2026-07 Implementation Update

A full-repo audit (Fable model) produced ~70 issues across four tiers. All
were implemented as small, individually-tested PRs (#232–#260). Test count
grew 345 → 606. Highlights:

**Correctness (Tier 0)** — JWT base64url decode, timestamp trimming, hex
round-trips, anchored URL-encoded detection, trigger-expand ordering,
cancellable clipboard-skip.

**Features (Tier 1)** — pause capture, tag filter at SQL level, delete +
plain-paste keyboard shortcuts, in-place clip editing with save/discard,
snippet folders, **vault master-password change** (decrypt-all → re-encrypt
→ swap hash, manual rollback since tauri-plugin-sql pools connections).

**UX polish (Tier 2)** — focus ring only on keyboard nav; more legible
sidebar icons; "Clear filters" on empty results; confirm tag deletion;
whole toggle-row clickable + `role="switch"`; persisted splitter width;
diff mode scoped to History; keyboard-navigable `SelectMenu` (arrows /
type-ahead) replacing native `<select>`s; pin from row hover; onboarding
teaches the summon shortcut; infinite scroll; consistent copy feedback;
labelled Settings sections.

**a11y / i18n (Tier 3)** — transform labels + preview titles + vault dialog
+ **native tray menu** localized (15 locales throughout); keyboard access to
row actions (Cmd/Ctrl+E, reveal on selection); OCR hidden on Linux; RTL
logical-inset fixes; orphaned `SearchBar.tsx` removed.

**"Wow" features** — search box doubles as an offline **calculator /
converter** (`lib/commandBar`, no eval); **contextual smart actions** (URL /
email / phone / coordinates → open); **frecency** "Most used" sort
(`paste_count`); **cross-tab search** hints ("Also in: Snippets 3 · Vault 1").

Every new `lib/` function is unit-tested; every user-visible string is in all
15 locales. Release pipeline + `qliplab.omercelik.dev` download hub were also
repaired earlier in the same session (v0.1.22 with working updater).
