Adds a Cobalt2 theme based on Wes Bos's VS Code theme.

What's included
colors.toml— palette taken directly from the official wesbos/cobalt2-vscode theme JSON: background#193549, signature yellow accent#ffc600, selection#0050a4, and the extension's terminal ANSI colors.brownis derived (#8a6c00) since Cobalt2 defines none.vscode.json— points at the realwesbos.theme-cobalt2marketplace extension rather than approximating it.neovim.lua— uses thelalitmee/cobalt2.nvimcommunity port (withcolorbuddy.nvim).keyboard.rgb(ffc600),icons.theme(Yaru-yellow).backgrounds/1-cobalt-gradient.png— generated 2560×1600 dark-blue gradient built from the theme's background colors.Verification

default/themed/*.tpltemplates were rendered against this palette in a sandbox with zero unrendered placeholders; alacritty, btop, and shell configs receive the expected values.
