Bumps two submodule pointers to the weekend sim fixes. No application code in this repo changes — only the gitlinks.

What this brings in

Pointer bumps

  • libs/retina-geolocator 3c513d9 → ec766d8
  • libs/retina-simulation f8d8bd8 → 745c0f9

Rebased onto current main (includes #126); diff is only the two gitlinks.

Merge order (important)

  1. Merge retina-geolocator#17 and retina-simulation#1 first.
  2. Confirm their main contains ec766d8 / 745c0f9 (true for a merge-commit; a squash merge produces new SHAs).
  3. If squashed, re-bump these pointers to the new main SHAs before merging this PR.

Advances libs/retina-geolocator to ec766d8, correcting the inverted
target->TX unit-vector sign in the LM track residual. The bug collapsed
Doppler-to-velocity sensitivity, biasing fitted ground speed toward zero
and freezing aircraft tracks on the map.
Advances libs/retina-simulation to the shapely + Natural Earth land check so
synthetic receivers, and their display-fuzzed map positions, are placed on land
instead of in the ocean.
