Layer onto the template-based config generation two features that were missing from the latest config rewrite: - Detect editors derived from VSCode/VSCodium (e.g. Antigravity) via the `code` binary's help output and use the detected name in log messages. - Restore opening a workspace for a bare Odoo version with no local database (`odev code -V <version>`), which previously raised an error. For a plain version the workspace contains only the paths to that version's odoo, enterprise and design-themes worktrees (created on demand if missing) - no settings, launch, tasks or jsconfig. The LocalDatabase path is unchanged. Also drop the stale `odev/plugins/*` ignore (plugins moved to the config directory) and document derivative-editor usage in the README.
