allowed_creatorsandallowed_artifactsnode config options, removed in rofl-scheduler: Read offer access policy from on-chain metadata oasis-sdk#2485, with their on-chain offer metadata equivalentsnet.oasis.scheduler.offer.*metadata keys recognized by the ROFL Scheduler (allowed_creators,allowed_artifacts.<kind>andprivate) in a reference tablerofl-provider.yamland apply them withoasis rofl provider update-offers, withouth restarting the nodeoffersis now strictly a list of offer identifiers
