Summary

  • Install a host-neutral opencode.host.skills catalog on clone, Pi-family, and DSH bridges so providers get skill names/locations without skill content on the wire; Pi/OMP expose a provider-facing skill tool backed by native reads.
  • Keep parallel tool results contiguous before the provider (Pi/OMP and DSH), open a new DSH text/reasoning block after tool calls, and fold Pi multi-path read fan-outs back to the original call id.
  • Document MiMo/Kilo ToolGate scheduling in the clone host guide, add clone multi-call / stream-block / contiguity tests, and place ocp-dev Pi AI package overlays under the managed host state dir.

Test plan

  • bun test (or focused: skills-bridge, tool-result-contiguity, dsh-bridge-stream-blocks, architecture, tool-vocabulary-conformance)
  • bun run typecheck / pack checks for touched packages if CI does not cover locally
  • Spot-check Pi/OMP: multi-path read fold + skill tool load
  • Spot-check DSH: assistant text after a tool call appears in the transcript; contiguity of parallel results
  • ocp-dev Pi/OMP: AI overlay survives host package reinstall under managed state dir

[Medium impact] The PR appears safe to merge; no blocking issue remains from this review.

Summary

Adds request-scoped skill catalogs across clone, Pi-family, and DSH bridges, plus safer replay of parallel tool results.

  • Providers can load advertised host skills by name without receiving their content up front.
  • Pi and OMP show a joined multi-path read as one provider call and result.
  • Pi/OMP and DSH keep tool results together and preserve each session's tool order.
  • DSH opens a fresh text or reasoning block after a tool call.
  • Local Pi and OMP links keep the host AI package in managed state.
  • Each client uses its configured fetcher for the model catalog.
  • The supporting docs, CI, and cleanup edits leave user behavior unchanged.

Install a host-neutral skills catalog across clone/Pi/DSH bridges, keep
parallel tool results contiguous for held-Run continuation, open new DSH
text blocks after tools, fold Pi multi-path reads, document ToolGate
scheduling, and overlay ocp-dev Pi AI state under the managed host dir.

Comment thread scripts/ocp-dev/pi-family.ts Resolved
Scope skills and frozen tool catalogs to their requests and sessions, preserve read and skill replay, recover stale development links, and repair SDK fetch handling and CI initialization.
Declare the loader imported by root tests, generate the clone runtime before testing, and guard against undeclared workspace test dependencies. Validate through a fresh locked install, full coverage suite, and package checks.
