Missing osu!lazer support

A workaround for this (without osu! installed) would be to create a dummy folder that mimics the osu! folder instead of the lazer folder. Functionality for lazer would be appreciated, even if it's a paid feature.

I know im probably just stating the obvious but the batch downloader requires a collections.db so maybe just gotta figure out how lazer new collections database is being handled and adapt accordingly. like maybe search for a client.db or something idk i havent looked through lazers code base yet.

update:
I found something called SQLitePCLRaw.*.dll in current folder, so looks like lazer is using SQLite. if your up for it maybe go to stables collections.db & look for tables related to beatmap collections and export the data to the new structure.
