Currently you can only choose to download the first 1000 matches from highest to lowest, but once that is completed, there's no way to proceed to the "next" 1000, you would have to download the first 2000 if you want the second 1000, but that breaks the whole logic of the limit, so an offset to the limit would be very helpful
