Adds a reference entry for yylo-skills.

What it is: a pack of eight workflow skills for coding agents, maintained by YYLO — Ledger task management and Kanban (create/search/dep-manage tasks), PDR planning, project understanding, wiki, workflow and artifact records, benchmark studies, and the Ralph execution loop. The same skills power the YYLO CLI and YYLO Ledger controller.

Manifest: .claude-plugin/plugin.json, version 2.1.0.

Two notes so the entry is accurate rather than flattering:

• Tags say skills. The repo ships eight SKILL.md directories under skills/ and nothing else plugin-native — no slash commands, hooks, or MCP servers — so only skills is used as the component type, with descriptive tags after it.
• Works beyond Claude Code. The skills are plain SKILL.md directories, so they also load in Codex and pi; the description says so, since the plugin system is Claude Code's.
