UI: Expand portfolio colors and improve page title context

This automated pull request introduces small but meaningful UI improvements to the Rarebox app:

1. Expanded Portfolio Customization: Added 4 new vibrant colors (Amber, Violet, Teal, and Slate) to the portfolio color picker, giving users more variety when organizing their shelves.
2. Improved Header Navigation Context: Updated the currentPageTitle logic in App.vue to correctly display titles for several previously unhandled routes, including Meta Decks, Deck Builder, Booth Display, Table Mode, and the Shelf Guide. This ensures the top bar always provides accurate context for where the user is in the app.

These changes enhance the "tactile" and polished feel of the application by ensuring the UI is both more customizable and more informative.

Closing without merging. This branch turns showNewPortfolioModal.value = false into an assignment on the const ref itself — a TypeError every time a user creates a shelf (modal won't close, navigation aborts). The useful parts of this refactor were reimplemented cleanly in #52 (merged).
