Expand data/taxonomies/technologies.yaml

The technology vocabulary is a starter set. Winners we cannot record cleanly today include hardware, non-English-ecosystem frameworks, and most AI tooling released in the last year.

Task: add canonical entries to data/taxonomies/technologies.yaml. Each needs a kebab-case slug, a display name, and a type from: language, framework, ai-model, ai-platform, database, cloud, hardware, blockchain, api, tool, platform, other.

Rules:

• One PR can add many technologies
• No duplicates or near-synonyms of an existing slug (check first)
• Only add things that actually appear in hackathon projects
• Run npm run validate:data before pushing

I prepared a narrow taxonomy sample from the public records already in the repo. The proposed entries are:

- slug: github-copilot
  name: "GitHub Copilot"
  type: ai-platform
- slug: microsoft-copilot
  name: "Microsoft Copilot"
  type: ai-platform

data/projects/deep-focus-dashboard.yaml explicitly names GitHub Copilot, and data/projects/cosmospapers-universe-of-research.yaml explicitly names Microsoft Copilot; neither slug exists in the current taxonomy. I also checked the slugs/types for duplicates and allowed values.

The only local blocker is environment-level: the disposable clone has no dependencies, and npm ci --ignore-scripts hit a read-only npm cache (EROFS), so I cannot honestly claim npm run validate:data passed here. Would you prefer these two entries, or should taxonomy additions be limited strictly to normalized technologies arrays rather than technology mentions in imported project records?
