Overview

Bumps devkit from 0.51.0 to 0.51.1 after the Story #1361 size-baseline fix merged in #390.

The release build refreshed dist/package.json; all other generated dist files already matched the merged source.

Validation

• release build completed: bun run build
• built CLI smoke check reports 0.51.1
• built dist contains the merged explicit guard-size freeze refresh path and growth warning
• commit deterministic gates, Biome, ESLint structure checks, benchmark tracker, decision gate, reviewer gate, and Fallow audit passed
• GitNexus: low risk, zero changed symbols, zero affected execution flows

The full pre-push suite was blocked by pre-existing timing failures in cli/lib/ship/read-stdin-body.test.mts. An untouched origin/main control worktree reproduced both failures, proving they are unrelated to this two-file version bump. This is already captured by autonomous report 2dc14475-aa1e-4f4c-b6fe-66db4ab43065.

After merge

Do not tag this branch commit. After squash-merging, tag the merge commit as v0.51.1 and push that tag.
