Part 6 of 6. This PR bumps the version to 0.7.0, so merging it into
maintriggers the release. The earlier PRs in the stack don't touch the version.docs/UPGRADE.md: "From 0.6.x".docs/SUPPORTED_PROVIDERS.md: OmniRoute caveat. Theprompt_cache_breakpointdrop is fixed upstream (OmniRoute #18254 / PR #18255, merged 2026-10-27) but not in a release yet.costexample inopencode.openai-compatible.jsonc.picker.png(a screenshot) is replaced by a generatedpicker.svg. It's built from the realsettingsOptions()and the dialog labels, now exported fromsrc/ui/picker.ts, with dimensions and colours from OpenCode v2.2.1's dialog-select and theme.Before release
