Document the workspace layout, adapter architecture, query builder API, relation preloading, Studio, and the local dev/test setup. Also records verified defects found while investigating: the studio/cmd duplicate main, tests importing the published app/entities module instead of the local copy, the PrepareSet map-ordering hazard, DbClient.Query not expanding args, and Studio's unsanitized sort/dir parameters.
