Overview
Bumps the v24 line’s “latest” pointers from v24.18.0 to v24.18.1 in latestVersions.json (latest-v24.x and latest-krypton), so /dist/latest-v24.x/* and related routes resolve to the new patch.

Refreshes cachedDirectories.json for the release/docs trees: adds v24.18.1/ and updates index.json / index.tab sizes and lastModified timestamps after the upstream index sync.
