Add ArabicShaping table #101
Description
I’d like to suggest adding ArabicShaping.txt to the package. This resource is essential for implementing Arabic text support in conjunction with an implementation of the Unicode Bidirectional Algorithm such as bidi-js. For example, this would enable maplibre/maplibre-gl-js#8343 to continue depending on this package instead of rolling its own UCD downloader.
As far as I can tell, this would be a matter of adding an entry to the list of resources, then implementing a parse-*.mjs file that parses each line of the downloaded file into an object.
This will add some heft to the package, but #99 (comment) notes that there’s plenty of additional space for new tables these days.

I'll post a new issue with all the relevant data I need from this package in order to fully automate some of the hard coded stuff we currently do in our code generation unicode related script here:

I'm trying to remove all the hard coded list from there and only use stuff that are in this package.
