Summary

Updated the file length investigation document to:

• Link the standalone implementation issues [Refactor] Split CLI main and flight-booking example #119–[Refactor] Split HTTP transport module #125 to their relevant file groups.
• Mark issues Split core application and CLI modules behind compatibility facades #112 and Split remaining over-limit Python files by responsibility #113 as closed and point to the current standalone scopes.
• Record that PRs Feature/issue 24 wire alignment #37 and fix: skip init prompts when stdin is not a TTY #16 have merged, removing the obsolete wait instructions.
• Clarify that tests remain out of scope and the flight-booking example is included in [Refactor] Split CLI main and flight-booking example #119.

Links to #119–#125 look right, but a few statements are now stale: #112 and #113 are described as "open, umbrella" but both are closed, the note about waiting for #37 and #16 can go since both have merged, and the PR summary says #119–#123 while the doc also adds #125. Happy to merge once those are updated.
