Delta lint reported policy-deny under vue/package_json for owner: both plugins are required by n-vue.mdc but were missing. Added them and wired VueMacros/Layouts into owner/vite.config.js per the canonical pattern (matches app/vite.config.js). Also regenerates doc-files that had drifted stale elsewhere on the branch and adds accurate change-files for owner and app. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
