Nikita Heumann

Building something new. Ex-BCG Platinion, Sixt, Volkswagen. Munich.

I started on a Volkswagen shop floor at 18 as a mechatronics apprentice, then spent 10+ years bringing software into automotive R&D, production planning and ERP, rail infrastructure, mobility and AI pricing. At BCG Platinion I was a hands-on contributor to an internal platform for agentic software delivery, 100+ contributions, and led an AI agent for requirements specification into production. B.Eng. in mechatronics, MBA from HHL Leipzig with a semester at NYU Stern.

Beside BCG I built internal tools for boutique fitness studios. My girlfriend and I co-own one, we built it up together, and I build agents and software that run it efficiently, about 2,000 commits, used every day. See studio-lead.

Outside work I write music, piano and electronic, about 500,000 streams combined on Spotify.
