Fixed conditional compilation blocks for B4J
817503f 
- Raised targetSdkVersion from 33 to 35 in the manifest
- Updated project version from 12.8 to 13.4
- Updated version name from 1.1 to 1.2.
- Fixed conditional compilation blocks in B4XMainPage.bas for B4J-specific code.
