A patch: EARLIEST on an empty log starts at its first row, and recv_many/batches cost less per row than recv. websockets is capped at >=14,<18 and litelink stays >=0.10.1,<0.11. The README called litelink directly in two snippets: litelink.open on the box, and log.sql/log.scan on a handle. The first is dropped, and the snapshot and Iceberg examples beside it stand; the second uses Stream.sql and Stream.scan on the stream's metadata URI. The README presents streamcast as a log-backed broker, and its "what it is not" list opened with "Not a message broker". What the item rules out is a queue: consumer groups and server-side acks. Bumps the version to 0.14.1 and dates the changelog.
