Looks like there is a FTBFS issue on Alpine for opentelemetry-cpp, I'll investigate. |

I've decided to drop the We don't really have to update this dependency now, and importing it with a patch bring more maintenance headache for no particular reason. We can update to a newer opentelemetry-cpp version when it's released later. |

This PR bumps two modules versions and/or their dependencies:
No other modules or dependencies seem to have newer releases yet. (Lua has rc versions, but we'd rather not package those).
