Groups the open stable33 dependency PRs: #1462, #1368, #1500, #1474, #1451 and #1427.
The build broke because
webpack.jsrequiresterser-webpack-pluginand needsvue-loader15. Neither was declared, and after the bump the hoistedvue-loaderbecame 17, which fails on Vue 2:Both are now explicit devDependencies. Also reformats for coding-standard 1.5.0.
Lint and build pass locally. Not tested in a browser.
