In the settings within the contacts app there's a drop-down form that sets the way display names are displayed and sorted but there's no title and description telling what this setting does.

I assume this was resolved by #4865 for contacts 8.0 and newer.

Yet we could probably call it sort contacts by, but it's start ;)
