OS를 5개 이상 모듈로 확장하고, 2개 스킬이 재활용하는 공유 서브에이전트를 도입한다. - web-researcher: 어떤 주제·주장이든 스니펫 기반으로 조사해 근거(찬/반/중립)+출처 JSON을 반환하는 범용 리서치 엔진. /briefing·/factcheck가 함께 공유한다. - /briefing: 주제를 여러 각도로 나눠 web-researcher를 병렬(중립) 호출 → HTML 브리핑 리포트. - /factcheck: 주장을 web-researcher 찬·반 병렬(적대적)로 검증 → HTML 판정 카드. - 조사 엔진을 한 곳에 모아, 리서치 품질을 개선하면 두 스킬이 함께 좋아지도록 설계. - OS.md 모듈 맵·사용법·산출물 목록 갱신, CLAUDE.md에 OS.md 참조 규칙 추가. - 그간 미추적 상태였던 worldcup 스킬·에이전트 소스도 함께 저장소에 편입.
