…ve the 264-line expand_latex_macros() function and ~26 lines of\nglobal math LaTeX macro config from myst.yml generation. MyST/KaTeX\ncan handle \newcommand macros natively across cells.
- \pderivative: add space after \partial (was causing \partialh error)
- \EE: remove thin space \, before subscript (KaTeX 'internal' error)
- \widehat{\targetdim}: replace with \mathbf{\widehat{y}} (KaTeX can't apply widehat to \mathbf{y})
