Canonical Correlation Analysis on behavioural and brain imaging data from the UK Biobank
The main workflow is detailed in scripts/pipeline_cca_sample_size.txt. It assumes the scripts are run on a compute infrastructure from the Digital Research Alliance of Canada (formerly Compute Canada).
