Summary
Completes the Russian catalog.
ru-RU.ftlwas missing 199 of the 993 keys inen-US.ftl, so those strings fell back to English: notification sounds, Codex/Claude/Grok accounts, claude-swap, Usage & Spend (models, projects, history window), portable preferences, diagnostics, stay-awake, LLM Proxy / llmman, OpenRouter management key, and the burndown chart. The new entries are inserted next to their English neighbours, so key order follows
en-US.ftl. No existing translation was changed (diff: +199 / −0). Terminology follows what the catalog already uses (Аккаунт, Сессия, Куки, Провайдер, «Использование и расходы»), and so does the spelling (е rather than ё).Related issue
None.

This change only adds translation text, so there is no layout or behavior change to prove. No screenshots are attached.
Notes for reviewers
Some keys are sentence fragments joined to numbers in code (for example
UsageSpendRequests,CostPeriodShortDays,PanelPeriodCost). Where Russian word order differs, the translation uses the "Label: value" form so the substituted value never needs grammatical agreement.Summary by CodeRabbit
