Summary
Ports the 0.62.0 gap: provider detail-section visibility via
detailSection:IDs (upstream steipete#3638). The usage-item visibility system previously covered onlymetric:rows; now the Settings > Providers visibility list and the card rendering handle detail sections too.detailSection:namespace (rust/src/settings.rsUSAGE_ITEM_DETAIL_SECTION_PREFIX, mirrored inlib/usageItemVisibility.tsasdetailSectionItemId/isDetailSectionVisible).usage_items.rs: one descriptor per distinct display-detail title (redacted when Hide Personal Info is on); hidden detail sections the provider no longer reports come back asavailable: falseplaceholders with the title recovered from the stored ID.MenuCardDetails.tsx: the provider-details section filters rows byisDetailSectionVisible, and the duplicated-section artifact is fixed (one gated copy).Validation

New testusage_item_descriptors_include_detail_sectionscovers: distinct-title dedupe, Hide-Personal-Info redaction of titles and stored IDs, and the unavailable placeholder path.pnpm test65 files / 393 passed;pnpm run check/build OK (locale 871 keys).Upstream reference
