[Bug]: What happened to the always-on display?

What happened?

I used to have CodexBar on my second monitor so I could see my usage anytime simply by glancing at it. Now it hides in the Windows tray, and I have to click the icon just to see it. What happened?

I also miss the always on window after updating to 0.70. I downgraded to 0.60.3 again just to get it back. It's the only part I use.
